Terms & Conditions

You can request a booking by WhatsApp, phone, or via our Contact page. A booking is confirmed only when we accept it and provide confirmation.

Prices depend on route, time, passengers, luggage, and vehicle type. If key booking details change, the final price may also change and will be reconfirmed.

We accept cash and major credit/debit cards. For some reservations, a small booking fee may be required, with the remaining amount paid to the driver.

Our cancellation policy is:

• More than 24 hours before pickup: free cancellation.
• Within 24 hours of pickup: 50% refundable.
• Within 3 hours of pickup: not refundable.

Please be ready at the agreed meeting point and time. For airport and cruise pickups, a waiting period may be included in the quote. Extended waiting can generate extra charges.

• Provide accurate pickup and drop-off details.
• Confirm passenger count and luggage details correctly.
• Use seatbelts and follow the driver's safety instructions.
• Request child seats/boosters in advance when needed.

Vehicle assignment depends on total passengers and luggage. If details change significantly, we may need a different vehicle and updated price confirmation.

If you need to change time, route, destination, or stops, contact us as early as possible. We will confirm availability and any price impact.

We may refuse or cancel a booking when it cannot be completed safely, when information is incorrect, or in force majeure situations (severe weather, road closures, strikes, major events).

You agree not to misuse the website, disrupt operations, or use the site for unlawful purposes.

To the extent permitted by law, Taxi Van Barcelona is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits liability where limitation is not legally allowed.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Spain. Disputes are handled by competent courts where required.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time and publish the updated version on this page.
