What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept cash and all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and more). You can pay the driver in cash, or we can send a secure payment link to pay by card online. For some reservations, we take a small booking fee to confirm the booking—then the remaining amount can be paid to the driver.
What is your cancellation policy?+
More than 24 hours before pickup: free cancellation. Within 24 hours: 50% refundable. Within 3 hours: not refundable. If your plans change, message us as early as possible and we’ll help you choose the best option.
